Good reasons to write in: a conversion figure that looks wrong, a broken link or tool on the site, a brand or country sizing chart we should add or correct, or general feedback on the calculators and guides. We can't offer personal jewelry-fitting advice or recommend specific retailers, and we can't access or look up anything you may have saved using the site's local "saved sizes" feature — that data lives only in your own browser, never on our servers, so we have no way to see it (see our Privacy Policy for details).

This site doesn't have user accounts, so there's no separate "support portal" to log into — email is the only channel. We aim to reply within a few business days, though replies may take longer at busy times.
